Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
The PECR governs electronic marketing communications in the UK. ComniCube’s platform is designed to help customers stay compliant:

- Automatic STOP/UNSUBSCRIBE keyword handling on all SMS and WhatsApp campaigns
- Sender ID transparency — no anonymous or spoofed sender identities permitted

- WhatsApp Business API access is Meta-approved — no grey routes or unofficial APIs
- Viber Business Messages delivered through Viber’s verified business programme
- All message templates subject to platform approval before use
Phone-paid Services Authority
For customers operating premium rate SMS services (short codes, charity donations, competitions), ComniCube provides the infrastructure layer. Customers operating phone-paid services are responsible for their own PSA registration and Code of Practice compliance. Our team can provide guidance on the registration process.
